Sanibel is a condominium development located in Gulf Shores, Alabama that offers direct views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico from balconies on both the north and south sides of the tower. The development provides an elevated outdoor heated pool, meeting rooms, an exercise room, and a steam room/sauna. Sanibel comprises 108 individual condo units and is approximately two and a half miles west of the Gulf Shores Hangout. The units are upscale with upgraded finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows for expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. Sanibel condominiums were built in 2006 and 2007. The building comprises two, three, and four-bedroom units that range in size depending on the floor plan. The two-bedroom condos are 1,236 square feet, the three-bedroom condos are 1,536 square feet, and the sizeable four-bedroom floor plans are 2,544 square feet. The penthouses in Sanibel are even more significant at 2,780 square feet.
