Harbor House is a unique option for those who prefer a more low-key beach experience, as it offers modest units and a cozy atmosphere. Located just a mile away from the intersection of state highway 59, it is easy to access and offers all the conveniences of nearby shopping and dining options. Built in 1982, the complex consists of five buildings, three of which have two stories of condos and the fourth and fifth buildings offer three stories with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico.

With only 31 units in total, Harbor House offers a more intimate experience with the beach. Each unit features two bedrooms and one bathroom, and all have their own washer/dryer hook-ups and modern kitchen amenities. Private balconies are available in every unit, but the best views of the pristine Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the two ocean-front buildings.

The complex also includes an unheated beach-side pool between the ocean-front buildings, and covered parking for up to two cars. It is important to note that Harbor House does not come equipped with an elevator.

Harbor House is situated between the Crystal Shores condominium tower to the west and the Oceania condominium complex to the east. It offers limited views of the ocean from the three buildings closer to the street, and a quiet and cozy atmosphere for those who want to enjoy the beach without the heights of a tower condominium.
